PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT
SERVICES:
Designed to
assist an individual to live as independently as possible and remain in their
own home. Personal care services
are ordered by a physician and supervised by a registered nurse. Services include monitoring of medical
conditions, personal cares such as dressing and grooming, and assistance with
medications. Services are paid
through the Medical Assistance Program.
